Our Vacation
This year was short and close to home. We were not too sure how Marisa would like traveling, and decided we were too old to chance a long distance vacation. So our destination was Hot Springs SD for three days, then over to Devil's Tower in Wyoming. It was a nice, although short, vacation. She did really well traveling, we had to make a few stops every two hours or so, to give her stretch break, but by some miracle, she slept a good part of the six hour trip to SD and back. Thankfully, she got her ability to sleep during road trips from me, and not her Dad's. He can stay awake. Caela and Isaac did well. They enjoyed swimming and the Mammoth Museum. I don't think they were too excited about the trip, but then again, they are teenagers, so you never know what they are really thinking.

That photo where everyone is trying to get Marisa to look at the camera is precious :) We'd love to do the Mammoth Museum - did Lyme Regis to see dinosaurs this year.

And the swimming band is so cute.
Ok, have to go down. Julia is making hammock (?sp)downstairs in her playing pen (she has gotten some little people for her first bday, but does not know yet how to play with them. So she smashes them at the floor and use them as sort of hammer)
