I had my appointment at 3ish, I think I spent more time waiting then the actual appointment took, but I had a book to read, so I didn't whine. The Doc said everything looks pretty good, he estimated that she weighed around 5 lbs and was around 17ish inches long. Considering I have approx. 6-8 weeks left, she could end up weighing anywhere from 6 lbs, so many ozs to 7 lbs and so many ozs. I don't think she will be very much longer though. I'm hoping she is more on the littler side, makes for an easier birth. My weight is now 127.3 lbs and her heart rate was 158. Michael didn't make it to this appointment, he had halfheimers and scheduled an inspection in Calahan?? last week, so I dragged DD in with me. She hadn't heard the babies heart beat yet, so I reassured her that I wouldn't be naked or anything at this appointment and she could go in with me. Up to date, I have gained 25 lbs, not too bad. Even though I look like a tick that's ready to pop, it didn't stop me from picking up egg rolls afterwards. HA HA!!
I started getting the babies corner ready. Here is a quick photo of the beginning look and what the floors look like now with the laminate. There are some decals that match her crib bedding that I am waiting on, so I will put them up on the wall and make it a little more girly friendly for her. I don't plan on painting anything until we move and she has her own little room. The lowered side of the bassinet slides right next to our bed, so in essence we will be co-sleeping without actually having her in the bed. Her diapers and other baby necessities will be in the wicker table in the photo. I am going to buy some material to make liners for the baskets to match the colors on her sheets. I have that on my to-do list for the week.

Just thought I would update you all on the baking bun. I have a date with a bowl of peppermint ice cream and I can't be late.
:D

Glad you posted the pic. she has a cozy little corner, but not nearly as cozy as being next to mommie. Yeah, you do kind of look like a tic, ready to pop! LOL! Still cute as a button!
Love the floors.
Hugs!
You look fabulous and I am sure you are relieved to be almost finished renting out your body! The floors look nice! Hope all continues to go well!
Yep, you're looking ready. I had people tell me I looked "ripe" a lot toward the end, and nothing bugged me more- something about that word. I don't know.. it was very irritating to me. ha ha. Anywho....
your floors look great- looks just like what "we" put in. She has all she needs right there, esp. Mommy close by. :)
