It's been a whirlwind the last couple of days. The Christmas festivities were fun, much more enjoyable since we decided to just buy gifts for the kids and no adults. We made the suggestion to only buy for the nieces, nephews from now until they turn 18, and everyone agreed. It was a lot less stressful and quicker too. Caela and Marisa had fun opening their presents. I told Michael that we'd better enjoy our last years of sleeping in until 10 a.m. before opening presents. The cool thing about having teenagers, they sleep in and don't wake you at the crack of dawn to open them. lol Michael and I bought things for each other and for the kids. I am looking forward to the massage that he bought me and he is going to enjoy the digital frame that he gets to take to work. It is full of photos of Marisa for now, I need to tie the two Utes to a chair to get photos of them. For some reason, they run and hide when they see me with my camera. I did take some photos of Caela and Marisa that I will post later, Isaac was with his Mom, so I was not able to get photos of him this year, but I will take some this weekend when he comes home.

whew- it's over, right? ;) sounds like it was really nice. yeah, we just do gifts for the kids now, too- more or less.
