Still Trying

to get the ultrasound video format changed to a wmv file. I had to video tape the t.v while it was playing to be able to transfer it to my computer. I am now working on cutting a clip from the 25 minute video so that I can upload it without blogger telling me "idiot, the file has to be under 100 mb". So bear with me, I may have to upload the 12 min. section I chose in to two files for viewing.

Hope everyone had a great Father's day with your DH's/SO's. We spent the evening with Michael's mom and step dad, and then visited his Dad for a bit. We showed them the u/s photos, so they now know that the baby is a girl. Girl's rule in their family, M. has two sisters, and out of the now seven grandkids, including Caela, there will be five girls and two boys. YAY!! estrogen! lol
My immediate family was fairly equal, six boys, five girls. As for nieces and nephews, I think there are 12 boys and 10 girls, so they are up by two.

My stinking A/C went out, I am pretty sure I know what is wrong with it. Every summer, around this time, the stupid air blower goes out. I'm not sure whether it is just wear or whether it is DD's inability to shut if off correctly. All I know is that I don't look forward to writing out the $150.00 check to get it fixed, but I'm not too keen on sitting in a sweltering hot house either, so I have to call the air guy tomorrow to get it fixed. It's supposed to be in the mid to hi 80's all week. barf!

Caela has to have photos taken for her recital pieces on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, that should be fun to watch! NOT!!!! a billion girls in one room can drive the most sane person over the edge. Friday she has practice from 9 a.m to 1:00, then she has to go back at 6:00 to warm up for the recital performance at 6:30. It will be a busy week, but then the dance chaos should settle down until August.

That is about all the excitement that is going on around here. I will finish working on the clips tomorrow, while I wait for the A\C guy to show up.
