She Passed and Pumpkin Farm

Her second hearing test today! Yay! We had to test her twice on the left ear again because she was being a drama queen the first time and failed miserably. But the second time around was successful. M and I were worried that she would have to get tested by an audiologist to see what was going on with her left ear, so it was a huge relief when she passed after a few minutes. Although this would have been old hat for us, since Caela has minor hearing loss in her left ear from the car accident, I was hoping that Marisa wouldn't have to go through the same thing with her ear.

Here is a photo of her looking like Princess Lea from Star Wars. Don't the little buns on her ears make her look so adorable? This was the only shot I was able to get before she started wailing like a banshee.

On another note, we took the two Utes and the baby to pick out their pumpkins on Saturday. Although both Caela and Ike are teenagers, we have made a tradition of sorts to get pumpkins every year for Halloween/Thanksgiving. Usually, they get quite a few and never get a chance to carve all of them, so this year they each picked out two and one for Marisa. We don't even have our decorations up yet, so we're hoping to get those out this weekend.

Here is a slide show of the pumpkin farm.

HI Sis,
she is so darn cute! What is that little patch doing at her forhead? She isn't already dressed up for Halloween isn't she?
great pics and wowser, looks so cool al that orange from the pumpkins. I think we do have a pumpkin farm here nearby, but we don't celebrate Haloween. So no pumpkin carving for me.

Hugs,
Pet
