I finally caved in to my friends request to host a baby shower for us also, even though it falls under my aversion for group socialization, and attention drawing. I saw it as a good opportunity for a scrap LO, so I acquiesced. I guess I should have put this down as part of the weird/fun facts for Liz's post. I am a better giver of gifts than a receiver. Growing up, there was very little gift giving in my household, so I always feel weird when I get a gift, or when I am asked what I want for Christmas, Birthdays, etc. etc. I guess I just end up feeling greedy. I know, I know, I am a prime candidate for an Oprah segment. lol
