The Fat Cat and Me

Remember awhile back when I mentioned that my cat was being really lovey towards me since we found out I was pregnant. I was finally able to get photos of him in action. I was resting one day last week, and he decided to pay me a visit and give me some love. There have been a few times where I wake up and his fuzzy butt is cuddled right next to me. My male dachsie is still kind of being snooty to me, M. says that he thinks he is jealous, I think he is just being a male. lol







Well DD and I spent two days getting things cleaned up downstairs. Thankfully, no more rain storms like the one on Tuesday. I have the Salvation Army truck coming on Tuesday of this week, to get rid of a lot of things and I have to set up bulk trash pickup for Tuesday also, to remove the bags of things we had to throw out. My OCD kicked in and I went through every box and plastic container we had and purged a lot of things. I was amazed at some of the stuff I found, so I guess in a sense it was a good thing we were flooded. M. is supposed to look at the rain gutter sometime, but I will probably end up having some one come out and get it fixed. He's been really busy lately, and doesn't get home from work until late, so I have a better chance of having it fixed with someone else.

That has pretty much been all that has gone on the last week. Next week will be busy, we have to register DD for school and dance and get some final things done for her before school starts. I am still trying to figure out where the summer went.
