The Girl is FIFTEEN!!

Today is her birthday and I am still trying to wrap my head around her turning 15. Holy Cow!!! I never thought she would make it this far because she was a major pain in the butt from ages 8-12. During that time I seriously considered swapping her for a pot bellied pig, but I held out, simply because she would be able to care for me in my old age, the pig probably wouldn't do as good of a job. lol

We took her out for a steak dinner and I took her to pick out her cake this afternoon. I let her open her presents after I made her blow out her candles. She and I plan on going to a day spa in the next couple of weeks for manicures and pedicures. I am waiting until we are closer to the baby's due date, seeing as how massage can sometimes help trigger labor. We decided to do the spa thing instead of having a party this year. I told her she could probably bring a friend with us that day too.

Now there is a new goal to see if she makes it to age 20 without me contemplating what to trade her in for during this time. ;D
