Happy Mother's Day!

Hope you all have a wonderful day, and that your DH's/SO's and children spoil you rotten.

Caela is right this minute gearing up to make me breakfast. I told her she didn't have to buy me anything, she could just wait on me hand and foot the whole weekend. So my little indentured servent has to have a smile on her face whenever I ask for something.

Michael is going to make me lunch/dinner. He makes the most awesome steaks, and what more can you ask for then a man working hard over a hot BBQ grill? I get food and entertainment all at once.

Caela had ballet performances on Friday and Saturday, so a lot of my time was spent taking her to and from places. They have one more full day of performance on May 19, and then she will be done until her recitals the end of May and in mid June. My tap class ends the first week of June and I will take time off until Spring of 2009. Dancing in that class is like taking a really good aerobics class. I even have cute tap shoes to wear, so I have to continue with the class after the baby is born.

M and I have been discussing baby names. We have an idea about a girl's name, but have gone round and round on a boy's name. I told him today, "watch, we are sitting here debating over the boy's name, and we'll probably have a girl." Isn't that how life works sometimes?

At one point when Caela and I were discussing the baby a few weeks back, I told her that my wish for her when she is an adult is that her first child be a "girl, just like her". Now, she's not a horrible kid, but her attitude at times makes me want to trade her in for a llama. She told me I was mean after I said it, but then got me back. She said, well, my wish for you is that this baby is a girl, and is "just like me". Sometimes I forget the kid has lived with me so long, that she has picked up my quick wit. I then told her I changed my mind, that I wanted more than just one grand kid, so I wished for "her girl" to be second born. I want her to have a child before that will be so docile and good natured, it will mess with her head and then she will decide to have another one. If she gets "the onery girl" first, she wouldn't dare have any more. lol

Okay, I am going to go and prop myself up in bed, with my scrappy stuff and use the little silver bell that I have to ring for Caela.

Hugs to all the Mom's out there.

A happy belated mothersday. Lol on the comments of Caela. Tell her I miss her too.

I was watching all the pics I had shot during my super vacation at your place and remembered all the laughs and fun and the funny sayings.

"do you want some cheese with your wine / whine?" haha, roflol.

I will soon update my blog. Marcel has taken a lot of big belly pictures of me. O and btw the name will be the one you find so beautiful. With the 2 other additions.

Come on Pam! She's 14ish, when do teenagers ever really smile?? LOL Although, I kept making goofy cracks and she couldn't help but laugh.
