Her band concert was good, loooong, but good. I didn't take video of it after all, we had to sit on bleachers, which was completely miserable to do, so my patience level was pretty well gone by the time she performed. I am pretty sure the baby didn't like his nice comfy townhome being downgraded to a condo, because I kept slouching forward. I even had to use Michael as a lean to so my back wouldn't hurt. I know, I sound whiney, so I'll stop.
She has another ballet performance on Monday, which will be an all day event, so I have to remember to take a comfy pillow to sit on, because I am sure there will be more bleacher sitting going on.
Here are a few things that I have been working on the last couple of weeks. I have them posted to my scrap blog also, but I know some people don't know about it yet, so I will post my lo's and stuff here too. That way there is no need to jump from one to the other.

I need to make father's day cards and a couple of birthday cards, so I think I will spend some time on those next. It feels good to be back in the swing of things again with all of my scrappy paraphenalia. I didn't think it was possible to miss paper, but I did.
We have decided to rip the rest of the carpet out of the house too. I will be working on packing things up from the bedroom and having things relocated. I cannot stand carpet, never have, never will. The thought of it grosses me out to no end, so I will be super relieved to have this crap out!!
DD and I have to work on the yard this week, she is in charge of mowing the lawn this year on her own. Usually, we both take turns, but she's going solo this year. I told her that I would treat it like a summer job and she would get wages, she didn't complain too loudly. I need to plant a tree in the back yard for the doxies to lie under, right now the only shade they have is in the front yard, and I don't let them out there very often. I have a whole list of things that need to be finished, I just need to find the time and manual labor to get them done.
Well, I am going to go and eat an M & M cookie and play with my stamps. Talk to you all later.
Rina, I sent your envie out on Wednesday! I remembered, aren't you proud?!! LOL

Sorry about the uncomfortable bleachers....I so feel your pain!!! Totally agree with you about carpets...had it my way my whole house would be wood floors...maybe one day!
I am so with you what carpets are conceiled (hmmm.. is that english anyway???). I prefer vinyl.
sorry about the bleachers. One pro, if the baby has to little room concerning to her / him then it will kicks you litterally blue from the inside. So you know it is alive.
