Finished for the year..

Whew! We are finally done with the ballet performances at local elementary schools. Thankfully, there were no bleachers, so I didn't have to lean on anyone. The girls had a performance in the morning, then we took a half hour break for lunch before the next school. We all arrive right on time and then a few minutes later the clouds opened up and decided to mess with our heads. The girl in charge of transporting the costumes to and fro, ended up locking her keys in the car! This meant the costumes were locked in too and her BF was at work. Then we come to find out that the principal forgot that we were going to be there, so we weren't even sure there was even going to be a performance. Suffice it to say, about an hour later, we were finally able to get to the costumes and they were able to show their dance pieces to about 110 fourth graders. Not sure where the rest of the classes were, but the girls did an awesome job, even with all the chaos from before.

Every time I look at the second photo, my legs hurt! I could do that about a hundred million years ago, when I was younger, and more flexible, and a lot dumber. lol

I finally found a paper shredder that works. I bought two of them in the last couple of months and when I bring them home and plug them in they don't work! So I have to haul them back and try again. Hopefully, this one will work and I can get all this crap shredded and be done for another few months. Procrastinator! I know.

Going to try and get my scrappy room organized also, but I have to pack crap outta my bedroom first. I figured that is so much more important right now then rearranging things. Yeah, I have to lie to myself too.
